Mixed constructions are the result of technological advances in the construction of houses and other buildings. Mixed constructions blend modern and classic materials, such as gum resin and synthetic polystyrene with iron and cement.
Timber made of steel and beton arme create the frame of the house, while the exterior walls are constructed with 3D panels, 3D metallic grids connected to each other and include synthetic polystyrene. At the same time, every three-dimensional grid contains insulation of 12.5cm for external walls and 5cm for the interior walls.
When the construction of interior walls is completed, they are coated with a special plaster that doesn’t contain asbestos, protecting your house perfectly, due to the upscale chemical composition.
Mixed constructions – Presentation
No1: incorporated metallic grids connected to each other in all directions in order to create a three-dimensional grid. You can imagine the antiseismic protection offered by such a construction.
No2: In the three-dimensional grid there is a layer of polystyrene of 12,5cm thickness for perfect insulation.
No3: External layer of cement coats the three-dimensional grid in the mixed construction. Similar coating takes place in interior walls respectively.
Mixed constructions for Perfect Insulation
Mixed constructions offer an unsurpassable insulation against humidity, heat, sound and most importantly perfect antiseismic protection.
ith the classic method, the walls should be at least 40cm thick in order to achieve the same heat and sound insulation as the one offered by the mixed constructions and the 3D panels with the incorporated insulation of 12,5cm.
Mixed constructions for Perfect Insulation and AntiSeismic Protection
Especially for Crete that has such a rich history of earthquakes, antiseismic construction of your house or any building should be the top priority in choosing the most reliable construction method.
Mixed constructions for Faster Delivery
In Mixed constructions you will not see plumbers and electricians digging the walls of your house in order to install lines and tubes. Due to the 3D panels used for the external walls of the house, all electrical and plumbing installations pass through them. This means less expenses and faster delivery times for every construction.
Mixed constructions for Fewer Expenditure and Cost of Construction
Mixed constructions are very beneficial as they reduce the cost of constructions, despite their many advantages and upscale materials used in them. Just imagine that in mixed constructions, the cost for the craftsmen insurance is 50% less.
