Mixed Anti-Seismic Construction – Evaluation of Cost

The construction of your house, villa, hotel or any other building with the mixed construction method in Crete, can be completed with a cost of 1.080€ / sqm, without VAT and IKA and will include:

1. Cleanness Cement of 10cm, almost C 12- 15
2. General Radier 0,50cm C20-25 with double grate both up and down from F 12/15 to F20/15 depending on the static plan
3. Metallic frame, columns and timber with joints (nails)
4. Boards and balconies made of  béton armé

More specifically:

• Wall building with 3D Panels of 12cm insulation for the exterior walls and 5cm insulation for the interior.
• Painting of white color, or any other color based on the wishes of the client, after the necessary preparation
• Closets 2m x 0,58m x 2,70m for the master room and 1.5m x 0.58m x 2,70m for the other rooms.
• Kitchen up to five meters with shelves up and down
• Bathroom with a bathtub, lavatory pan of low pressure and sink (hand basin)
• Floor coating

1. We will place tiles with dimension 30 x 30, costing 15€ / sqm and wall tiles in the bathroom up to 2.20m
2. We will coat all the composing frames of doors and window surrounding with marble

Casings

• Aluminum – External of electrostatic painting, white with crystal of 5mm, void of 10mm and 4mm sound and heat insulation.
  
• Interior casing will be built with MDF or oak

Electrical Installations

• Lights and allerretour will be installed in the lounge, dining room and sitting room.
• Plugs with earth wire will be placed as:

1. Three in every bedroom. In the dining room, sitting and lounge room one plug every 10sqm, one in the hallway, three in the kitchen (except for the ones used by the electrical appliances) and one outside the bathroom and WC.
2. We will place lines for washing machines, both for clothes and dishes, as well as electrical line for the kitchen and the extractor fan.
3. Phone lines will be also placed, one in the main room and one in each bedroom. TV plugs will also be placed in the main room and each bedroom. 

• If there is a need for cesspit, it will be placed with rings of 2.50m and 3m depth.
