Constructions in Crete with the most modern equipment

Our Construction Company features all cutting edge technology, required equipment and perfectly trained professionals for the construction of your house, your villa, the restoration of old buildings or the construction of metallic business buildings.

We use equipment from German DOKA to construct the frame of the building. We feature 1,300sqm of forming blocks and we can create 35 columns simultaneously, in order to finish your house or any other building as fast as possible.

We also have the possibility, due to our well trained personnel and proper machinery, to construct external walls from cement with a perfectly flat and smooth surface, that doesn’t require additional coat. This means faster construction and fewer expenses for our clients.

Modern and Classic Methods of Construction  

We are the representatives in Crete for the modern and revolutionary method of mixed construction 3D- House SA. Using three dimensional borders with 12,5cm insulation, we achieve complete anti-seismic protection and perfect heat, sound and anti-humidity insulation.

Although we suggest the mixed constructions as they are the most modern, economic and fast method of construction, we can build your house, villa or any other building you need, following the classic method of cement and bricks.

We also specialize in constructing metallic buildings, mostly for professional use, with important advantages in the overall speed of construction.
